International orders are sent via DHL registered express post for a flat rate of $49, sent from our Indonesian Office, and can be shipped to a residential or commercial postal address only - we are unable to ship to a PO BOX.
For AUS & NZ orders we allow a 14-day return period from receipt of your order to be eligible for a store credit note only, valid for 12 months from date of issue – where we are not contacted within 10 days of your items being delivered to your designated address we are unable to provide exchange of items for credit. For international orders (anywhere outside of AUS & NZ), we do not accept returns for store credit.
